Team management tool is available to help you create and control sales teams in the system. This tool is helpful if you wish to create new team, transfer people from one team to another or simply add individual contributors in the sales team. You can also create roll based access for the sales team.

Team management tools and techniques are easy to use and follow very systematically approach towards managing sales team. Use below mentioned steps for team management

Step 1:

Before performing this section executive should be added in the system since there is dedicated employee management section available to perform this activity. Once you are sure executive is added click on “Manage Team” link from the menu.

Step 2:

Select team member from first dropdown menu and select supervisor name where you want to transfer this person.

Step 3:

Click on “Save” button and you are done.

Step 4:

Tree view and his current position will be available in tree structure of “My Team” section. Click on My Team to view changes made.
